•Elisangella has been tried and convicted of assaulting her friend Zolidania. There were no other eyewitnesses and Zolidania refused to testify in court against Elisangella. Elisangella claims that her conviction should be overturned. Is she correct?

EXAMPLE ANSWER TO- SCENARIO #1
Elisangella was convicted for assaulting Zolidania, but Zolidania refused to testify. Elisangella is correct in claiming her conviction should be overturned because the 6th Amendment states, “…the accused…can face the people who say he or she broke the law…”.
