Extra Credit Assignment 2: Pick one event from your timeline and click on it and open the complete article. Read the article and write a “10% summary”. At the top of your paper you must write: the TITLE of the article, the DATE, and which COUNTRY this protest occurred in.

1.Write a letter to the head of the history department, Mr. Chisolm, for funding this trip.
- Address what you learned…how this benefits you…etc.
2. Write David a letter explaining how you are spreading his stories (if you are) and what issues you are now thinking of addressing this year.

1) An image (photo or sketch)
2) Title: "Enlightened" Thinker
3) Two Quotes that demonstrate he/she is "enlightened" (Freed from ignorance or prejudice)
4) 1-2 sentence bio (who/what/where)
You must hand this in with an explanation for each quote. These explanations should be five lines or more each (total of 10+ lines)
You may create this poster online using a poster making website (there are a few). The one I showed you is: http://www.postermywall.com (It's free. To save you must download your product and save it as a .pdf).
